Jim has been in the wireless space since the early 90's focusing on GSM and most recently FMC. Jim has been with PC Management since 1999 serving in a variety of technical roles. PC Management's specialty has been building and managing wireless properties of all sizes. Using its expertise PCM has expanded its portfolio to include wholesale services and hosted FMC. Chandler's team manages the elements used to support this venture.
