Doug Eidahl holds a B.S., M.P.A. and law degrees from the University of S.D. He was the general counsel for the SDPUC, a general manager for an ILEC/CLEC in Aberdeen, S.D. and currently is the vice president of consulting for Vantage Point where he works on a wide variety of legal, regulatory and financial issues impacting rural telcos.
