Koupal, John–Iowa Network Services

John Koupal is a sales engineer for Iowa Network Services (INS) and has been in the telecommunications industry for 47 years. He is in charge of the management of five INS product lines. Koupal graduated from Upper Iowa University in 1994 with a degree in business management.
