Moise, Ed–Alpina Capital

Ed Moise's wide breadth of experience, honed over the course of 20 years, has included working in environments as varied as Fortune 500 companies and start-up firms. As US Unwired Inc.'s treasurer, Moise led acquisitions of Georgia PCS and IWO Holdings, divested two cellular operations, sold numerous PCS licenses, liquidated a paging operation, and monetized more than 450 communication towers. He and the Alpina team have assisted rural telecommunications companies to raise capital, restructure debt, monetize non-core assets, and sell ILEC and wireless operations. Moise has an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan (1988) and is a 1986 cum laude graduate of Tulane University (B.S., mathematical economics and B.A., English). He holds his Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
